Information may include names, telephone numbers, email addresses, business information, service or appointment details, communication history, customer inquiries and other information voluntarily provided through participating businesses.

3. How Information Is Used

Information may be used to respond to inquiries, manage leads, schedule appointments, deliver requested communications, provide customer support, automate operational workflows, request customer feedback and maintain business records.

4. Information Sharing

CovPilot does not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers that support communications, infrastructure, scheduling, analytics or related platform functions, subject to appropriate contractual and operational safeguards.

Mobile information and SMS consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

5. SMS Communications

SMS communications are sent only in connection with a recipient's interaction with a participating business and the consent provided to that business. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.

6. Data Protection

Reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards are used to protect information. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
