1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CovPilot, you agree to these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Platform Services

CovPilot provides business communication, customer engagement, lead management, scheduling, CRM, reputation management, reporting and workflow automation capabilities. Features may be added, changed or discontinued as the platform develops.

3. Acceptable Use

Users may not use CovPilot to send unlawful or unsolicited communications, misrepresent an identity, violate privacy or telecommunications laws, distribute malicious content or interfere with platform security.

4. Messaging Compliance

Businesses using CovPilot are responsible for obtaining appropriate recipient consent and complying with applicable messaging, telemarketing, privacy and carrier requirements. Opt-out requests must be honored promptly.

5. Third-Party Services

CovPilot may rely on third-party telecommunications, hosting, automation, AI, calendar and data services. Availability may be affected by those providers.

6. Service Availability

Services are provided on a commercially reasonable basis. CovPilot does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and may perform maintenance or updates when necessary.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CovPilot will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or lost-profit damages arising from platform use or third-party service failures.
